We hunt buffalo by the traditional “track by foot” method – the way it should be done. When tracking buffalo in the wilderness you never know what’s waiting for you behind the next tree or bush and you need to be alert. Being totally in sync with your surroundings is paramount.
Due to previous bush fires clearing the undergrowth in the months before, we are only able to hunt here from September until end-November. Your pick up point will be in the city of Quelimane and it’s a four-hour road transfer to camp. You have to travel via Maputo to Quelimane.
Success is not an accident, it is hard work, perseverance, learning, sacriflce and most off all sweat and grit! Here at Cabassa we are always willing to push the extra mile.
